How do I submit a claim to UCare?

Online:

  1. Submit the Add or update facility or location form to get enrolled in UCare’s payment system.
  2. Within 30 business days you will receive an email notification from us confirming you have been added to UCare’s payment system.
  3. Submit your claim(s) electronically to UCare.

Does UCare cover ambulance?

Members may also need to call for an ambulance, which is covered at no additional charge, even when a member is traveling in the United States.

Can anyone get MNsure?

Who can use MNsure? Any Minnesota resident who is a U.S. citizen, U.S. resident, or lawfully present can purchase health insurance through MNsure.
