What is fusible webbing?
Fusible web is a humanmade fiber that will melt when heated. When placed between two pieces of fabric, the melting action of the fusible web causes it to fuse the two fabrics together. It is not woven or knitted. It’s used to make fabrics stiffer, and it’s especially effective for mending hems and small holes.
What is the difference between fusible interfacing and fusible webbing?
One of the major differences is that interfacing is actually a fabric while the fusible web is a fibre. Another noteworthy difference between the two is that fusible web has adhesive on both sides while interfacing does not. Furthermore, interfacing can be woven or knit, while fusible web is neither woven nor knit.
Is fusible web permanent?

How do you fuse fabric without sewing?
There are two great ways to attach fabric without sewing: fabric glue or a fusible bonding tape like Dritz Stitch Witchery. If you have a sewing machine, sewing is often still the fastest and most reliable method for many projects, but fabric glue or Stitch Witchery are great alternatives.
What is Pellon used for?
Pellon® PLF36 Fusible Interfacing is an ultra lightweight interfacing for light to medium-weight fabrics. It is great for wovens, knits, blouses, and sheer garments. It is excellent for use with crepe de chine, voile, and handkerchief linen fabrics. It can also be used for stabilization of quilting projects.
Is Heat n Bond the same as fusible web?
